Pour être en légitime défense, il faut une proportionnalité entre la défense et l’attaque.
Le Krav Maga a, du fait de ses origines militaires, des réponses aux attaques extrêmement violentes.
Mais son adaptation au civil à permis de développer un Krav Maga tout aussi efficace mais proposant des solutions adaptées à chaque situation, à chaque type d’agression.
Il existe des techniques permettant d’éviter l’affrontement, de se dégager sans frapper, d’immobiliser son adversaire sans le détruire, de désarmer sans tuer et surtout d’éviter des problèmes de conscience et/ ou avec la justice lorsque la proportionnalité n’est pas respectée.
