Aujourd'hui, après une courte présentation de chacun, nous avons commencé à travailler toutes les techniques de base.

Nous avons commencé par la position de garde passive, semi passive, garde à partir de chaise, à partir de la position couchée et se mettre en garde à gauche à droite.

Nous avons également vu tous les coups de coude, sur le côté, derrière.

Nous avons eu droit à 1h30 d'explications sur la tenue de l'instructeur, comment structurer un cours, comment doit-il se positionner par rapport au groupe, quand doit-il arriver, comment doit-il préparer un cours etc.

Et nous avons terminé par des exemples d'échauffements!
